Coming from a cafetiere this makes an amazing difference to the coffee, no bits! It’s great.
The filters supplied seem okay and the scoop is handy. The glass jug is nice, the glad does seem a little thin but I’ve not managed to break it yet.

very disappointed that the filter holder was made out of plastic. certainly not worth the money.

Been a barista for 3 years, haven’t found a better way to make coffee other than $20k espresso machines. Found out about this when our coffee shop was trying to introduce cold brew. We couldn’t find any way that seemed to make satisfactory cold brew but eventually we landed on this and never looked back.
To make 16oz of cold brew, put 8-9oz of ice in the receptacle and pour 8oz boiling water over the coffee as you normally would. Becomes cold in seconds with making it bitter. As a bit of sugar and cream to your liking (black is great too)
