PLEASE DONT BUY . READ THE REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND WHY I thought pigeon was reliable brand when it comes to kitchen appliances but i am utterly wrong. Brewing was good,machine was so strong even tho it is build with plastic . no issues with wiring as well . so the MAIN problem is with carafe , no matter how gentle you use it , it will break without your mistake. but again how do you expect a glass jar to last so long when you use day in and day out right. so i thought ok may be i hit something so it got broken(Without my knowledge). now comes REAL trouble there is no proper service help line or proper channel to raise a complaint or order new carafe . so the thing is i could used other third party carafe or other coffee mug or something to collect the coffee but the drip machine is designed in such a way it only works with pigeon branded carafe and we can not order one . not the whole machine is useless. pigeon if you are reading this please provide good after sales service .

Dicasion is comes very fast… it should be come slow and strong. But this is fast and light dicasion only…this is very big minus. I don’t have refund option now… I think I lost my coffee interest and result. Pl. Noted and replace or refund.

The coffee maker not working , don’t know to whom need to contact . But product got 2 years warranty , last time there will options for customer support now don’t have that option . Feel wasting of money . Why Amazon don’t check the quality of the product before go for selling . Amazon plate form not good for purchase expensive products .

I was excited to buy this economical coffee brewer but it turns out that it’s not so much economical. The basic body is plastic/fibre works fine. But the glass jar was of poor quality. Despite of using it carefully it developed a crack on the bottom and with heated plate of the brewer it eventually broke. Either Pigeoon should give us the facility to exchange the glass pot or buy a replacement. Disappointing purchase. No for Pigeon products.
