The glass jar container is broken for the 2nd time. After the first time the jar broke, we assumed it was due to our fault and bought a new jar from the service center. But today there was a loud noise from the coffee maker and there was a crack in the jar. We expected better product from prestige. And now we believe that the first breakage was also due to faulty product and not an accident caused by us

Please do not buy. Glass jar gets crack due to heat of the plate, though they claim it will not crack. I had replaced the jar at the first use, and second one also broke after one use. Glass jar does not carry any warranty. You cant reach out to responsible service team in prestige all you have to call is only service center where they are helpless.

And I didn’t keep my warranty card which means no warranty on it, the service center told me that I could throw it!!!! They till got it for the moment.

It doesn’t look like original plastic aa the quality of the plastic is very cheap and it broke into pieces after the first wash
