have been using the machine for about 8 months now my experience so far
I bought this machine only because of the price point this was the biggest mistake as you are stuck with it and have to figure out the machine yourswlf as the people SELLING have no clue about ESPRESSO
The customer service is non responsive and rude they don’t have technicians who can answer questions and every query takes repeated calls to the customer service number which no one’s picks up half the time and is adressed even after the effort in a week minimum After that also you will be stuck with the same problem
My experience in making the espresso has been trying out different beans at different roast levels, My conculsion is that this machine can only handle Dark roast freshly roasted as it is the most soluble
Also the grinder setting at 2-3 works as the grinder grinds ln lumps and a lot of time shorts I am not even trying to reach customer service as it will be futile with my previous experience 😀
I invested in a spring loaded tamper, a levler, a dosing ring and a wdt tool to get a fair espresso shot (you tube videos helped)
My final bit is SAVE SOME MONEY AND BUY A GAGGIA OR A BREVILLE INSTEAD OF THIS JUNK ××××××××××××÷ REVIEW 1

Double basket does not work with all permutations and combination watery extract with no crema
Customer service was not interested in giving a online demo after repeated requests and mails got a demo /video call after 10 days of purchase the technician did not have his own machine , earlier I was given a you tube video which was according to the company the “Demo” well let me say the said you tube video is useless if you want to pull the right espresso which I feel the machine is capable of
The inbuilt grinder is superb but no timer so you have to stop manually the double basket auto timer also spills over
To Sum it up
