After using the machine for over 3 months in office these are the observations: Coffee tastes very bad. too much sugar and totally different taste. Tea is ok comparitively Lumps of powder are formed and needs manual intervention to break them down. Gets stuck often and only water comes. Bad product not designed properly. No one in the office is using this machine now
