It did take sometime to get used to it as 3 speeds are on the same button. So if the last usage was on 2nd speed, the frother when switched on, would come on 3rd speed which is really fast and if you are not careful your drink might spill. But soon we got hang of it and loved it. Most importantly the service is amazing. After a year of use the frother head became loose. I contacted them and immediately they arranged a pick up and in few days they repaired and sent it at no cost. If it was not repairable they mentioned they would replace it. Am truly am impressed by this efficient service.
