The coffee maker worked fine for the first few times but after sometime the bottom container got discoloured due to heat. The product has to be used under supervision for the entire duration of brewing. After one month the safety valve got initiated and did it’s job but now we are unable to use the product because the steam goes out through the valve hole and there is no filteration. I wonder where to get a replacement valve. Be aware of this before buying the product.
