800 ML electric kettle with goose neck spout helps to create delicious pour-over coffee in your home. The goose neck spout easily controls the flow of water and smoothly brews the coffee.
Adjustable temperature settings with LED display: Press Function button and then ‘+/-‘ button to set the desired temperature from 45 degree centigrade to 95 degree centigrade. To boil water, set the temperature to 95 degree centigrade. Once it reaches the set temperature, the product will auto shut off and the inside ambient heat will automatically raise the temperature to 100 degree centigrade and boil the water.
Keep warm function: Post auto shut off, the product will maintain the set temperature by automatically activating a reheating cycle. This cycle will work for 1 hour, post which the product will switch off.
Made from 304 stainless steel body with anti-corrosion black coating gives an exquisite design while the cool touch grip handle makes it easy to use.
The long power cord with 360°swivel power base allows you for cordless serving, Modern design, Easy grip handle.

TL;DR – This kettle is definitely NOT a temperature-controlled kettle; it is an ordinary electric kettle with a thermometer and a gooseneck. You cannot rely on it to function well, but with a lot of patience and pain, you can get it to function decently.
I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now for my pourovers and there are some significant issues with it-
1. The whole casing of my kettle has started rusting in particular areas within the first month itself (pictures attached). Definitely speaks to the quality of the materials used.
2. The whole thing creeks like an IRCTC coach when you swirl the water in the kettle. Build quality is subpar.
3. The kettle isn’t intelligent enough to stop heating after hitting a certain set temperature nor will it maintain the temperature well. If I set the temperature level to be 85, the kettle shuts off heating at 85 but the water keeps heating after still since the heating coil is still hot. In this way, most settings above 80 degrees takes the water to a complete boil. Further, Using the boil setting makes the kettle heat the water even after hitting 100 (due to the same issue stated before), making the hot water spew everywhere through the spout.
To summarise, this kettle is neither temperature-controlled nor well-built. But it is way cheaper than most electric gooseneck kettles in India and it has a good pouring action so go figure.
