good and good going, flavour depends on ur coffee powder (better no instant coffee powder) and water u add (if u need strong add less water). From my experience as coffee lover i had my up n downs too but equipment is good.

The product was delivered last week of December but we poured the hot water to the glass pot it broke and there is no guarantee for the item.So we lost the money. We are really disappointed. Could you a number where I can register a complaint. I called Amazon customer care number and I explained my problem and she asked me to hold on , I waited for 25 minutes and then it got disconnected. I am so disappointed with Amazon.
