The spout is very narrow and as a result when you pour the tea into a cup it leaks from the flanges and makes a mess of the table. Every time I need to pour, I have to take it near the wash basin or kitchen sink so that the leak goes into the sink.

It’s cute looking, light weight, easy operations. Gas stove top safe. I have not tried in microwave yet. I am loving it. Got rid of separate strainer etc. Useful for green tea, black tea and herbal tea etc.

The four cups are of very good quality. The Jug glass is bit thinner than the cups. You need to make atleast 2-3cups of tea at once else the water level is below the SS filter. Value for money. Ideal for flavour tea

Item received in good condition. Even the seller gave contact number if in case of any damage. Very much impressed in the first use. Its working as it is. . I can measure the Durability only after couple of use . Glass is very thin and we get the fear of breaking but nothing has happened in first use. So I am happy in the product
