This teapot did not keep tea hot for even an hour. The open-close button on the lid stopped working only 5 months after purchasing. This kind of quality was not expected from a brand like Borosil. Moreover, nothing is mentioned about warranty at all for the brand and price. Highly disappointed with this purchase.

The lid of the teapot is of poor quality and it became loose. Gradually within 3 months it stopped working.
Plus my warranty claim wasn’t settled. They stopped responding to my mails/calls after initial greetings.
I am now using a MILTON teapot since a year and very happy with the quality of MILTON when compared with BOROSIL
