The fusion of oats, millets & mung have given an extraordinary taste. The texture is very rich creamy. One can enjoy this milk to the fullest as it is loaded with Vitamin B12 and calcium. It’s a good source of protein and is low in calories. The most amazing part about this milk is that it is free from preservatives, saturated and trans- fats which nowadays is very difficult to procure from the edible sources.

The milk is great. But im not going to be getting this again bc of the number of stabilisers and regulators in it. The phosphate based stabilisers are dangerous and can cause peptic disorders. Now I understand it will rot without it and not possible to sell without these…so i suppose having it once in a blue moon is ok if you must have plant based milk. Unfortunately, I am going to have to go back to making it at home. Such a shame, bc I quite liked this one. Our bodies are exposed to so many pollutants, its probably best to weed out whatever you can consciously.

We can drink the milk as it is or can be used in various desserts, cookies, or any milk based curries , soups etc. Overall a multipurpose vegan milk which can be used in our daily life with great health benefits. I have used this milk to make pancakes and coffee.
