Love the product. The flavour and richness of the milk is better than any skimmed milk products I have used till now. It also dissolves very easily without lumps.
However, in the first order, the packaging was damaged and the packet had burst open (looked like someone stood on it), when I received it. Half of the packet was lying loose inside the exterior packaging and falling all over the place through the damaged cardboard box.
Amazon refunded the amount readily without any hassles on seeing the photos, but it was a mess and took almost half an hour to clean up as the powder was all over our clothes, the kitchen platform and the floor and as sticky as any milk powder.
Other than the packaging, I had no complaints. I loved my coffee with Fontana milk powder and considering the packaging problem to be a one time issue, ordered again, when it got over.
Unfortunately, I received this packet also exactly in the same condition as the previous one, but the external packaging was intact.
Hence I surmised, the milk powder packet burst open under certain atmospheric/ weather conditions. Hence I didn’t complain, even though I had lost a lot of milk powder. So despite how much I love the product, I won’t be ordering it again, as I really don’t have so much time to waste over it.
You can try ordering it once and see if the packet survives the journey to you. As for the product itself, it totally appealed to my taste buds.

I tried Amul milk powder before. It tasted good, felt like actual milk.
This one is totally different. If mixed with hoy water, it becomes lumps, a lot of small lumps and you can’t make it dissolve. Also, even if you mix it with cold water and then heat it, even then it doesn’t taste good. It tasted like some chemicals. It reminds me of those Chinese people who makes milk by mixing detergent and chemical. Doesn’t worth it, pay 40-50₹ extra and take popular brands.
