Like all the other reviews the handle will come loose after few days, and after the return period. Overall the quality is good, the only problem is the handle. They could have welded it. I’m not sure how they fixed the handle that it comes loose so soon. Even after so many reviews the company is not bothered to fix it. Going to check on the warranty.

It is a good product (like other IntaCuppa products) but also expensive (just like other InstaCuppa products) The only reason I picked up this one despite its pricing was – because of the volumetric markings inside the jug. One downside which I felt is that it was 600ml jug – which is too big for a single cup coffee. When used with a milk frother of an espresso machine (like Delonghi EC685), it barely reaches the milk (80-100ml). I beleive 400ml is the perfect size for a single cup coffee.
