Unique little gadget that my wife bought for me. This is really aesthetically pleasing. I like that all the electronics and components are on the lid of the mug so it’s easy to clean without damaging. It runs on 2 AAA batteries (not included). You insert it into the top lid portion which screws open. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! You have to remove the little orange piece first. Then you have to twist open the lid. It was really hard to do in the beginning. Also make sure you screw the lid back on properly after putting in the batteries. That was also a bit difficult to do and to tell if I did it correctly. The stirring portion is also removable making clean up much easier. The main part of the cup is simple glass so again, clean up is very nice. Press the cute little pink heart on the lid and it activates the stirring mechanism. Just take note if the stirring rod will not reach the very bottom of the cup. If you are doing syrups for say chocolate/strawberry milk the syrup on the very bottom will not be reached for the stirring. You can also use this as a regular mug by removing the stirring piece and it stores in the handle! It’s really cute. The handle has a little snap on lid that you can open, shove the stirring piece in and close it up. Very nice overall except for the reaching issue.
