I switched over to decaf for the evening because I had sleeping problems at night. This has improved considerably now. In the morning I have instant coffee.

I love the flavour.. I usually consume black coffee and I love the taste.. The most important thing for me to choose decaf was to reduce the caffeine intake to improve my sleep cycle..
And believe me or not, it worked wonders.. There are two things that have literally been game changers 1. Moving to decaffeinated coffee 2. Using black curtains to cut off light.
I have been clocking at least seven and a half plus hours of sleep regularly for the past couple of months without a problem, which used to 6-6 and half hours at max for a very very long time!

I wished that decaf would taste the same as regular nescafe gold blend, but it doesn’t. I like that it keeps me away from regular coffee, especially towards the end of the day but I am not a big fan of the flavor. I tend to take half a teaspoon of regular coffee and mix it with this decaf to make the flavor better. But it’s a great product to decrease your caffeine consumption in a day.
