Although this is grinded coffee, when it was delivered it was still fresh. One of my favorite sorts: Monsoon Malabar is quite distinct here: earthy bitter sweet notes, not much acidity, the roast is relatively dark: will not suit those who like medium roast and below. Recommended to try!

Packaging was poor and did not have the packaging date. Flavor was good
Jagdish Saran –
strong taste. decent flavour and aroma. More suited for espresso. But better than most other artisnal brands like blue tokai, black baaza and others.

The coffee beans seem to have been roasted to the extent that it has a burnt aroma. I’m comparing this coffee to Lavazza which also has a strong taste and is perfect for percolators or filter coffee makers and is cheaper.
