- WHAT IS PEABERRY?: It’s one of the rarest types of coffee. Connoisseurs treasure it for its delicacy. And it is neither a pea nor a berry. This is a Peaberry! Coffee beans grow within fruits called cherries; when ripe, they turn a vibrant red. Most of the time, the cherry contains two seeds that grow side-by-side. These are typical coffee beans. Growing together within the fruit, they develop that shape that you’re familiar with, with a flat side and a domed side.
- ALTITUDE: This Arabica Coffee grows at an altitude of 1250 mt. The altitude at which a bean is grown has an affect on the beans flavor. Coffee grown at elevations tends to be comes more complex flavor notes than coffee grown at lower elevations.
- ROAST & COFFEE NOTES: This Medium Roast Coffee is sourced from select coffee estate in Karnataka these peaberry coffee beans impart bright acidity, sweetness, complex flavors than their counterparts with thin body and deliciously lingering floral aftertaste. Peaberries are inherently more sweeter than the rest of the lot.

Tried this and shall stick to this especially for the French Press

Nothing special. I tried various methods to extract maximum possible flavour. There isn’t any. Good bitterness though. Overrated.
Edit: Pour over grind makes good cold brew.
